ARRRRGGGGGHHH... besides all that rubbish Audrey we are very glad to have you join us and look forward to your account of many activities thoughout the WW2 Welcome Audrey.
Take no notice of that jealous Tom Audrey, he never saw that hat did he, or maybe he did and that is why he is jealous. Welcome, nice to have you around again, it will soon be like old times on the Beeb site. Save me a dance.
Dear Tom and Frank, Just got your comments. You flatter me no end and - I love it! You'll be pleased to know that I am polishing up my shoes and removing the mothballs from my blue gown. All this in readiness for the big occasion on the dance floor. Lovely welcome though! Looking forward to contributing on line. Will be in touch again. Audrey
Audrey, Dads favourite tune was "Alice blue gown" he bought the music and said Half a crown when you can play it on the piano, the easiest half crown I ever earned. I can still play it so will look forward to a waltz with the smell of mothballs wafting past my nose.
Hello Audrey! your name sounds familiar!I hope you don't mind that i leave a message for Tomcann! Tom did you see the icehockey game between the US and Russia?? the US goalie was awsome! I'll try to watch more games but they are being played on a TV staion nowhere mentioned in the TV guide! Bummer!
There is a message from Josephine to Tomcann - posted on my page. Hope you get it - about Ice Hockey. (Not sure how everything works on this site.) Will be with you on line when I've had another eye cateract done next week. Just think - I'll be 'seeing you' through new eyes. All the best, Audrey
